This is a club/group for all serious novelists who dwell in the fantasy, sci-fi, and horror realms to receive critique.
Our goal is to provide a positive forum for genuine critique. DA often plays with kid gloves, playing more on the side of encouragement and kindness. This is a much firmer place: if you have professional goals, you will receive professional criticism.
Do you write often? At least once a few pages a week or a few lines a day? Do you feel you have a pretty good writing habit? Do you know your grammar and spelling? What passive voice is and what adverbs are? Do you want your work to be taken apart piece-by-piece, rewritten, and made better? Can you check your ego at the door?
If you answered yes, this is the place for you!
If you answered no to any of the above, maybe you should try Critters.org.
Please read through the following links for information on how to make the most of DA Fantasy Writers:

Droemar and ~
Morrygan will be submitting the first three pieces of writing for critique. Those who provide the appropriate critique for those pieces will be invited to join and submit their own. We encourage open forum. We want to build a good community of artists and writers, so people can find honest Ideal Readers for their work. We'll also probably look into holding some illustration contests for stories or asking people to write blogs on particular focuses of writing, like how to do character well.
Thank you and remember to have fun!

All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by frost.
